I couldn't leave town tomorrow without first posting a little something for Christen and Cody to look at on the blog...so this is a small snap shot of my favorite memories from their wedding this past weekend! Christen & Cody {Part 1}

They met in high school and define the term "sweethearts". Both active in the FFA they share a love for horses and are full of southern charm. Christen was crowned Teen Miss Sneads in high school and Cody started driving semi's at the young age of 16. Yes, that is his beast in the pictures below! Together they are a picture of the true American dream. A traditional proposal was not what Cody had in mind when he wanted to ask Christen to be his wife. A surprise was in order and just happened to be on a mountain...on a train...in North Carolina! 

It's not everyday a portrait and wedding photographer is able to shoot a big ole truck like this. This was only one small part of our day together but I had to share it right away. Stay tuned early next week for the second part of their engagement shoot!
